Kindly read thoroughly the following processes:

Ordering Procedures and Payment Methods

a. Choose the garment you desire to purchase from the listed items.
b. Determine the size, colour and desired quantity for purchase.
c. Orders can be made by sending an email to femme_fatale2278@hotmail.com and clearly stating the garment product code, the desired colour and quantity you wish to purchase.
d. In the event of further enquiries, you may also contact us via Windows Messenger (MSN) by adding our contact femme_fatale2278@hotmail.com . We will get back to you as soon as it is feasible.
e. Orders will be processed within 3 days. Processing of orders include checking on whether the details provided are complete and on the availability of desired garment.
f. Please include these details in your email order: Name To Be Stated On Delivery, Delivery Address, Contact Number (preferably handphone number), Garment Product Code, Garment Colour & Size, Quantity and Mode Of Delivery (Poslaju/Self Pick Up).
g. Upon receiving your email order, a virtual invoice will be issued and sent to your email account. Kindly re-confirm the details of your order. If all details are satisfactory, deposit the total amount stated in the invoice into our company’s banking account. Account details will be stated clearly in the virtual invoice. Kindly seek our confirmation of receipt of your deposit by replying the invoice email and stating: Amount Deposited, Method Of Payment, Date of Deposit and Order Number.
h. We only accept cash deposits and online transfers into our banking account. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with the delivery process.
i. Kindly retain your bank deposit receipt in the event any verification of payment is required.
j. If a payment is not made within 3 days of the virtual invoice being issued, the order will be considered void.
k. Deliveries will be sent out within 3 days following confirmation of payment.
l. In the event an item is out of stock, we will grant you a FULL REFUND. However, no refund/cancellation will be entertained in the event that there are available stocks and payment has already been made.

Shipping & Handling

a. Poslaju Delivery:
Within Peninsular Malaysia RM8 (first 500gm) and RM2 (next 500gm)
Within Kuala Lumpur RM7.50 (first 500gm) and RM0.50 (next 500gm)
Sarawak RM12 (first 500gm) and RM3.50 (next 500gm)
Sabah RM15 (first 500gm) and RM4 (next 500gm)

**The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge and 5% GST
***Purchase of RM250 and above (total discounted value): FREE DELIVERY

International: Individual rates apply for international deliveries

b. Self Pick-Up: You may like to pick up your ordered items from us directly. There is NO CHARGE for self pick up service.

All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery process. However, we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the delivery process. The Shipment Number/Airwaybill Number will be sent to the buyer once the goods have been shipped out. This information is also traceable via the courier homepage.

Guidelines To Return/Exchange Purchases

We carefully inspect all orders prior to delivery. Therefore, we do not accept returns/exchange of garments purchased. We regret any inconvenience caused.

The garments as represented in our website may differ slightly in terms of colour due to lighting during photography. We do not guarantee that the garments as represented in this website will have the exact resemblance to the actual garment. Any imperfections including minor stains (be it removable or not), tailoring imperfections, fading of colour, man-made imperfections, not well-secured buttons, computer monitor display differences and actual fabric color differences of the garments sold by Fancy Fit are strictly not refundable/exchangeable.
